Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model of LED flood light you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Securely
Place the light fixture back into its original manufacturer box, ensuring all mounting hardware, cables, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of the shipping carton, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for functionality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
